No reason 'Why' he and she are like this, how it evolved, and as usual it finished with " I am so happy in this lifestyle"
Where is the prelude, the plot development, and how about some character development,

On the story-line, lacking is his self-respect. His wife might be playing around, but he should still have his self respect.

As for the "read willingly" part, there's a very simple concept that trumps this: ya gotta read a story to know what's in it. If we can tell what was in this story without reading it, that's solid evidence it deserved to the slammed.

Look a story is just that a story. Has a beginning, middle, end. There is a reason why the hubby is a cuckold and the hot wife fucks lovers. Hubby is either forced to be a bi sex lover or he is a willing sex lover. Rules are made for a reason and both hubby and wife have to agree. Think it through start to end. Make an outline, then try to write it.
