I knew it! I freaking knew it!!! Omg!! I have loved these characters! They have been amazing and I felt the same way that she did in that no one would understand their relationship! And like her I knew it would never be able to continue the same way forever. At first I thought well maybe she can have both but no knew that wouldn't work. Then thought well even though I love Ben maybe he will die and she and Joe could get back together!!! But then thought NNOO I love Ben he can't die he is so amazing! So then I thought well maybe Joe will die and they won't have to worry but felt the same way I did about Ben that he couldn't die!! At last I though on well maybe Chelsea was apart of Joe's life but she wasn't his soulmate like her and Ben and later he would met her. And I was hoping for a sequel with Joe meeting his true soulmate and they would all be friends and maybe have a foursome! Lol! But now I read this and my first thought are right.... Ben dies!! Which is horrible!! I love Ben! As much as I love Joe! Just like she does. And just like her through this whole story my heart has been torn up! And now I feel is ripped out!! I am so sad and which this wasn't the way the story was going.. But I have no control. I will continue to read and be devastated. My heart is literally breaking and I haven't read more about his death... I am so sad. But clearly a great story because you have pulled me in and made me feel all kinds of emotions. Great job even though my heart aches.

What anon said! You've also had me hooked from the beginning (see prior anon email) and I also dreaded a twist coming. But I was really hoping Chelsea would realize she couldn't be totally happy without Joe, they'd move to the middle of nowhere, where she could feel comfortable living outside rigid society norms and they'd live 'happily ever after' LOL.....sigh

How tragic for that to happen.

I love this story and to be honest something like this had to happen as much as i didnt want it too.

the Author worked so hard to show & create such a deep, loving, happy bond between the three protagonists , someone's early death was a very high possibliity.
once Chelsea had Ben's baby ,
the options reduced to either
Ben dying and Chelsea living happy ever after with Joe ....
or Chelsea dying & Ben living happy ever after with Joe .......
i think the majority of readers would have
been even more " upset " by the 2nd option.
