Mixed with wow what poor communication all the way through. That happens in real life but gee whiz lol, One thing I had a hard time getting past was the Chrysler 4x4. Perhaps a DODGE 4x4?

Really a very cute story.
What a relief from the usual tripe posted in this site. Thank you!
I would have given this 5 stars instead of the 4 that I did give, because I felt the story was very unfair to Wyatt.
Okay, he's a little shy and reserved, but what is he supposed to think? Every time Glenn comes to town Ellie's going out with him, not exactly the actions of someone who loves Wyatt!
And the car breakdown - first of all I don't know why after they got back to her parents' they didn't borrow her father's car and at least see the show, and second, she throws the fact that she went to New York with Glenn and already saw "Cats"!
I know we're seeing everything through Wyatt's eyes, but if the story is telling everything accurately then Wyatt had every reason to be concerned.
I'm a sucker for a good story told by a real adult. There are so many God awful stories in this category that it's nice to read something where the man isn't a pathetic whimpering cuckold and the woman isn't some mindless cock-hungry slut.
That being said, I think Karen has a point about your characterization of Wyatt.
Great story, but my only comment is that somewhere along the line ole Wyatt should have gotten a bit of history from his loving wife. That all her devotion to him came as a surprise is a ........... surprise. Don't they communicate?
Nice read. At first it was a bit painful hearing about Wyatt's awkwardness and clumsiness. It was like the poor guy couldn't do anything right. Then I realized, he was a kid. A lot of kids are just like that.
I didn't see the ending coming but I did suspect that Glenn's story of nailing Ellie was all BS. It was nice to have a real loving wife that didn't care about his lack of coolness. Happily ever after indeed.
Who cares if it's burn the bitch or burn the bastard? Entertaining story. That's what counts. It would have been nice if Wyatt had a little more self confidence. And that they had more money. Maybe she could have gotten really well paid or made some serious cash from developing a game? But I guess that's too much fairy tale ending. Keep writing.
I saw it coming, but that just added to my enjoyment. I found myself chuckling when he called her to confront her and she told him that she was at home with their baby. It's great to see a real Loving Wife instead of a cheating slut. The ONLY quibble I have is WHY can't Wifey ever confide in Hubby when something like this is going on? I know, I know. The tale probably wouldn't work as well if she did that. LOL
5 Big Stars.

Wow that was another great story
You had me fooled, the husband was fooled, wasted a few good years not knowing Ellie was always in love with him. The bastard ex boyfriend got his from Ellie and his wife. In the end he has egg on his face doubting her loyalty . At least Glenn got his. She had 2 kids and was pregnant with the third , why did he ever doubt her or talk to her about what he read.
Ok,
Now this was a well written story, you had me through out the entire story right to the ending.
I loved it anyway, well can we expect some more of this type of story.
Now we won't know what to think about a story until near the end.
Ummmm, why did she date Glenn while they were in College????
I like it but that part didn't fit the rest of it. Didn't seem to be "one true love" with him in between them. If what she said was true about knowing they were meant for each other why the ruse. Happy ending and all but when you write something to deceive the reader and it doesn't make sense to the character or story the "twist" comes up short, in my opinion.
Good read. I'm kinda with gordo12 (6/16/2014) however. Why all the dates with the arseluk whenever he was in town if she was so devoted to Wyatt? If one overlooks that, the ending made up for it. Cheers!

doent match up
Every time glen barks in high school or collage she goes running and stays only with him till he leaves Bullshit! Makes me want a dna test and a std test just reading this.
Interesting story with a nice twist but as other poster's have mentioned, Ellie going on dates all the time with dipshit when she is so crazy about Wyatt just doesn't work with the story.
Seriously, She goes to the prom with dipshit, makes Wyatt promise not to tell dipshit they kissed in highschool and only dates dipshit so her explanation at the end about Wyatt being her one and only love makes zero fucking sense and a major flaw with this story.
This category is called "Loving Wives". It seems only right that occasionally someone should submit a story about a real loving wife rather than the usual half retarded, half demented, selfish-slut wife on a rampage. I truly wish there were more of this type. Although, it would be nice not to use the fool the reader plot device to develop tension in the story. Sitting inside the head of an insecure man with his heart out on the ledge caused more neurotic anxiety than drama. Wyatt may want to see a therapist to help him with his low self esteem and anxiety.
Not sure why she dated the wanna-be perp if she really loved her (eventual) husband. Perhaps girls just want to have fun. This couple appears to have some communication issues, however, two rug rats and one more on the way are a sign that they should have the motivation to work on it. Intesting story.
NO one can be this fucking STUPID... well the author probably is
everyone KNOWS Glenn is a pussy hound... so when she drops the so called love of her life for a while week in the summer and spends every night with Glenn.. the idiot husband says sure I believe that ..
even worse by this time the wife KNOWS that Glen said he fucked her on prom night... so again WHY go out with him?
I think she was using that tool that many misguided people use to provoke a love interest... jealousy.
I believe she was trying to get dear Wyatt off his ass.
That asshole can't read! I swear to God I don't know what story he read. It sure wasn't the one I wrote. Did we ever find out WHEN Ellie found out about Glenn's made up story? No we did not! Sure Glenn and Ellie went out every night for a week, but did we know what they did? We only know what Wyatt thought, and he only said they went out every night. He, being who he was, might have called once on the first night and then gave up. Gee Harry's off his medication again. But then Harry, being who he is, can never seem to understand it's a story, just a fun story. HIV=BJO
Loved it
Ahhhhh, refreshing!!!!!
I liked the twist
Thanks for a another wonderful story. 5*

Nice read with a bit of suspense.
Sweet Story, But...

Saw the ending coming a mile off
But that didn't mean I didn't enjoy it.

Yeah, I saw it coming too, but...
I loved the story just the same. I think it deserves a higher score than it's getting.
5* from me, maybe that'll help.
Good story but......
Yes, but why did I come away with the feeling there I'd something else going on?
Not a solid 1* this time.
Damn, I had to give you a 5*.
Yes...A good one...
A good story...Thank you
Can I read it twice...
and give you a 10?
Good read
I really like your stories they are realistick and very enjoyable keep writing a good fan

Excellent!
I really enjoyed this one!
Another Carvohi story...
... And a joy, just like the other ones.
Thanks
Fun story to read....I enjoyed the twist
Excellent
Good story. Equal opportunity BTB. I don't like cheaters. Period.
Nice read. At first it was a bit painful hearing about Wyatt's awkwardness and clumsiness. It was like the poor guy couldn't do anything right. Then I realized, he was a kid. A lot of kids are just like that.

I guess I've read too many twist endings, too.

Took me by surpise!
The little spin at the end of the story made the read worthwhile... Good work; keep it up!
Love a good BTB
Thanks ! I really appreciate your stories.
Good stuff
Nice to see a story where characters can distinguish between happiness and money, love and cheap thrill sex
Happy End
What can I say, I like stories with a Happy End.
Thank you
sucker for the happy ending
thanks, solid effort with solid people (esp the wife)
What, Huh, What a Surprise Ending.
Ok,

I LOVE A HAPPY ENDING!!!
Brilliant Story! Great ending with a unique twist.
You may have created a whole new genre of BTB stories
p.s.
Thank you for not spending too much time in church.
Ummmm, why did she date Glenn while they were in College????

Thank you for this lovely story! Well done!
Umm yeah
I don't get the date Glen exclusively when he was in town either. It doesn't gell with her "I only love you" explanation at the end!
Nice One
Just the right length, and a pleasure to read. *****
I feel like you didn't read your own story...
she dated the asshole a few hundred times, it wasn't just the time he lied about fucking her. Put a little thought into your postings.
Thanks***

Enjoyed it
Five stars. But why was she spending all that time with Glenn whenever he was in town? She never explains that.
Fun
That was fun. I really like the Burn the Bastard concept. But all the dates with the Bastard just don't match up with the ending.
Nice Change
