I liked the "truth" angle of this story. It has a journalistic air to it--stripped down prose, narration a step back. I have a soft spot for tricky tales, and this had a bit of an "Unsolved Mysteries" vibe to it. Very serial, bare, interesting and certainly a welcome addition on the theme--even a relevant one.
