As the old saying goes...

Do not give up the day job. This was short and boring. NEVER give a summary of what the story is about at the beginning, as this kills the whole point of reading the story in the first place. Another thing is the descriptions of the people involved: I felt like I was reading a resume. It is better to have the reader discover the people through things like conversations in the story. You do have some skills at writing, if you work at it and take my advice, you could develop some good stories.
