It's weird to feel sympathy for a demon but I say that Jack Stone got what he deserved for hurting Verdé like this. How un-gentleman like behavior.

I've remember when I first came across this series and u only had the first two chapters out ever since then I've been hooked and read every story you have posted on this site your an amazing author and this is my favorite series that you have written my only complaint is that I wish u would post a little more frequently on the SS series but I understand u need a break sometimes jus keep up the amazing work my friend and hopefully Phil will make it thru till the end and not be consumed by his own power....or succubi lol. Oh and BTW I was gonna tell u I love how u intertwine your stories as well as how you portray the different forms of succubi keep up the outstanding work my friend and I'll be looking forward to your next entry as always -DK

Super hot. We got to see a student finally get loved to death. Awesome! This reminded me of the very first story where Phil's friend got taken, and I want to see more of that. It makes Phil's situations even more intense since you know what they can really do.

L'mactia is one of the most sensual creatures I have ever seen. I almost wanted her to ended Phil's life, but then again we can now do it all over again ;) PLEASE make more demons like her!!!

Gotta be honest, I'm not sure why the Sloth demon didn't help its master. I get that demons are coldhearted and merciless, but isn't the idea of this setting that contracts, well, work? :P

And nice writing about Emma Brennan too. Reminds me of Buggeritall, but better and more subtle (but probably too subtle; it's hard to expect readers to remember minor details such as hair color and style, especially after months of time). A clever way to develop some characterization and subvert some expectations.

Hey Hydra, any chance Jack Stone might actually survive this? He seems like a very likable character in some ways. I think he would be a fun character to keep around and develop on really. That way if he dies later it means a lot more to us readers. But like always , great story.

Let some of your mortals live so we can see them come back. People don't relate to demons that are all powerful. People relate to the mortals in your stories that just keep dying. You never get any fun mortals that stick around for long and it would be nice to get some characters that stick around other than Phil, who has no personality. You could kill off Phil and replace him with another character just the same and wouldn't it make any difference.

As for the question of mortals always losing, to some extent of course it's a matter of taste. For me though, a major part of the allure of succubi is in the dabbling with powers beyond human control so I think the frequent demise of their hapless suitors is perfect. Not that you need any advice from me...

So do we get to see the chapter where phil first meets Carny? I don't remember that happening, or Carny and Rosa taking out a pub full of hooligans
