T, i gotta say this is one of the cleverest flash stories I have ever read since Alexandra Erin's collection.
I would have to go back to the Alfred Hitchcock and Ellery Queen magazines, of many decades ago to find comparable terse prose.

There aren't enough good stories like yours around and you cheat by making them so short
We all understand time is at a premium, flesh out the stories, add more depth and in this one, you could create a series where the gift took her through different experiences for the rest of her life
