All Comments on 'A Long Time Coming'

It would have been nice to KNOW this was a multi chapter story before I read this.

But I'm liking this so far....

Aren't we all? lol. Ryan was a labor of love and the story that I thought about long before I wrote it. The other guys I've written about are different in their own way, but they all have something going for them. I just hope the readers' opinion about them isn't diminished by how they feel about Ryan, but I can't blame them if they have favorites. Thanks for reading.

Lots of dialogue and descriptions. I like that.

I appreciate the fact that his mother isn't dead-set on Alex marrying Francine. I feel like all too often the mothers in the stories are just awful and meddlesome and care more about their picks than the well-being of their children.

Hopefully Mrs. McCord won't think Jade isn't good enough for Alex once she catches on to his attraction to her. Jade already thinks she isn't good enough for him so she will hide her feelings. I imagine Francine will threaten Jade like some high school cheerleader once she finds out about Alex' attraction.

Get rid of Frannie because she just wants to get her mits in you Alex. Run Alex, run!!
