Somewhat interesting......
....story, but too brusque and pale in description and texture.
Yup, it's a story. Nope, it's not very interesting, because readers have a hard time engaging with the one dimensional, shallow characters.
Might be interesting to take this somewhere, but yer gonna hafta get into the characters more and really tell a story, not just read us the headlines.......

Of course, during the trial all the women's names were named
And then things got ugly for everyone. Lots of divorces. So the men got slaps on the wrist because no one puts anyone in jail for committing adultery. And and switch stuff earned them some more fines but no jail time because that's how the system rolls. So she got her divorce and nothing out of it since he had no resources and the car lot was gone. So no alimony, no child support and the few remaining assets didn't amount to anything after all his fines were paid off. So she ended up with no place to live, no money and no way to support herself and her kids. Time to move home with Mom and Dad? Alex just moved across the country and started again. A good salesman could always find a job. She lost - big time. Funny, sad little tale.
