Who reads a story like this, (in which the "clueless" husband is portrayed to be lacking sexually, and since marital sex is unsatisfying, the adultery seems "justified")
yet still get the largest sense that even the author knows that it is actually the wife who is to blame for the poor sex life. And not just because she is cheating so flagrantly. The very descriptions of her sex life with her husband paint herself as the one who is lacking in the bedroom. She is the cold fish. She is the one who, instead of teasing and turning him on to get a decent response, is abusive, cold and distant. Now compound that with the obvious lack of respect that he feels, is it any wonder he can't get it up for her? This isn't his fault, it is hers. The blackness of her soul has manifested itself on the outside, making her repulsive to him. Sure, he would like his marriage to improve, so he is trying. But DAMN, she isn't making it easy.
Lets pretend that he IS AND STAYS clueless of her multiple infidelities. (which probably ended the night of this story, how could it not?? If he didn't know before, he does now....) Anyway, even IF he buys her lies and bullshit for a little while longer, and never mentions another man to her out of suspicion, I STILL see him divorcing her, because of the lack of love and respect.
