I love this one ;)

I think maybe this could be tweaked though

that sex has nothing to do with want
but everything to do with need.

It feels as if the pause should be after baby, like it puts a staccato stumble in an awkward place to my ear? or maybe delete the comma altogether, let the "baby" work as the pause beat, the "and" then does its job.
