Why

Would any sane man marry Glenda? She knew her husband was cheating for years, and did nothing. She knew Beth was cheating on Frank (a man she said she liked!), with her husband for TWO YEARS and never even considered telling him the truth! She's about as trustworthy as Beth!
As for filing under 'Adultery', it wouldn't have worked, because Frank forgave the adultery, from a legal point of view, when he had sex with her post discovery. Moron.
