With the way you wrote this story there was no need for unnecessary sex scenes. I loved all of the thought that the brother was experiencing plus the love he had for his sister. Thank you for an outstanding story.
Reincarnation can still happen
We spend time in a state/place/experience called the Bardo between lives. The Bardo can be heavenly. Sometimes the time is short and sometimes it is centuries. It sounds like these two are soul mates and if the author so chooses could develop this further.
In any event thank you for a beautiful story.
