Aaaand ... we're done!

The setup was nice, but the story seemed to end too soon. The meet and dance were engaging, though.

Agreed. Ending was not even there. It just stopped.

What happened here? Did the writer run out of time? Out of material? I even wonder if part of the story was somehow left out by mistake?

Initially I was rolling my eyes at what seemed as trite and contrived a scenario as was liable to come along once a Halloween: Sexy vampire? Check. In a Goth club? Check. Blazon of her outfit, complete with hair highlights? Check. Awkward info dump about vampire "rules"? Check. Even down to the absinthe. No obvious bisexual leanings, but it seemed only a matter of time. Why are we even here?

But after reading a little bit more I decided, well, maybe there's something appealing about a well-worn scenario. In the right light it can become iconic; even seminal. I still wasn't terribly thrilled with this particular setup, but I was beginning to consider that it just might be a fun indulgence--

And then it stopped. That's...downright annoying, actually.

Waiting for the bite I liked the way it ended in sexual gratification only and that it was ass satisfying as the expected, but missing, bite. Good job :)

Sudden ending

I liked the ending. He finished, she got what she "needed". Nothing more to say.
