This seems more like abuse than Bdsm, if he thought anything about your feelings, he would let your body have chance to heal, should be at least 6 weeks before sex, there is a risk to your health and also all this can't be good for a baby, you need energy to care for a child and so rest and eating properly is important. Just my opinion but there doesn't seem to be any love or real care
