Jimbo takes the two of you into town before you head out to Barelle's hidden mansion, claiming he has an informant that will be able to give you plans for the mansions layout. You immediately recognize the informant as Sammy the Spit, a greasy little fellow which you've had a number of dealings with in the past yourself as well.

"Do you have the maps we need?" Jimbo asked as the three of you met with Sammy in a secluded alleyway.

"Of course, it'll cost you 1k."

"We don't have any money," said Trish.

"I can negotiate," said Sammy with a shrug, "Eight hundered."

"I think you misunderstood," said Jimbo, "We don't have any money at all."

"No money no maps," shot back Sammy, he was starting to look a little edgy.

"We must be able to come to some arrangement, can I pay you later?" asked Jimbo.

"Tell you what," said Sammy, now grinning broadly, "You've got two very hot women there with you. Give me ten minutes with them and you can have the maps."

"One of them only," bargained Jimbo.

"Deal."

Well that was nice of Jimbo to consult with you and Trish about this, but you don't really have a choice in the matter.
