I die a little everyday,
And yet you'll watch me waste away.
Without a thought,
Without a care.
As though you wish,
I wasn't there.
The blood is red,
The water's deep.
Although I promised,
I long to sleep.
To close my eyes,
In heavenly bliss.
My life in this world,
I would not miss.
The future is all,
Of which I care,
Without it I am lost,
My heart is left bare.
Your eyes, your hands,
They made me loved
No more for me,
No more do they care.
I have been left alone.
I know not where
To which I fall
Just that you still stand,
Above it all.
