Let the cold winds blow and freeze my heart
May there be nothing left if we do part
The pain that builds up with no means of release
Only bitter sorrow never again to enjoy peaces
Are you slipping from me for this I fear
How many lonesome night along with only my tears
I call out to you, but you do not show
Then the fear and anxiety thus do grow
Sleep does not come as in days before
Dreaming of the clouds through which I soar
Time to set down this pen before tears to flow
And once more submerge my heart in the bitter cold snow

Passion's cooled and now she's begun to move on.

Poignant.

An air of melancholy is on the wind as the hopeless situation becomes reality. A mood of sadness and regret seeps through the words.
