The wheels of the bus go round and round
Milling crowds my mind surround
Light goes dim without a sound
Now I’m lost and then I’m found

The wheels of the train go clickety clack
The fist looms up, I hear a “thwack”
My eyes roll up, my jaw goes slack
I’m lying still, here on my back

The wheels of the plane go bumpety bump
Her hand slides down towards my lump
Her lips brush mine, my heart goes “thump”
My hips gyrate, I want to pump

The wheels of the barrow go quite, quite slow
Anger curdles, down below
I love her, God, she’s got to know
That this time round I’ve got to go

The wheels… …what wheels? You do my head!
Your fucking wheels! That’s what I said!!
All day at play, at night in bed…
That’s IT! Your fucking wheels are DEAD!!!
