A poem by Tammy©

* * *

His blue eyes are like lasers
Connecting with mine
Not closing as he captures my lip
In his teeth

His hands are like tools
As they stroke my skin
Eliciting electrical shocks
Through his fingers

His rhythm is a cadence
To his heartbeat
Beating as an ancient dance
Runs through him

His breathing afterwards is rapid
Resting his head on mine
I listen to him breathing
The sound lulls me
