Caresse

The light of the world in her eyes
Her soft, silky touch
That coy, sweet child.

Her smile
The blush in her porcelain cheeks as she averts her eyes
Sweet child; sweet, sweet child.
Sickly sweet.

She touches her daddy's arm.
That touch, so strong and insistant,
Innocent, when she looks away.
If she only knew how I see her
How I want her.

Her eyes meet mine,
Her angelic grin for the world to see
But for me,
For me, she whispers
My innermost fear, my forbidden fantasy

For me, she whispers,
"Daddy, you know you want me."
