Carpet Yearn

Shall I bare my thread for your feet above?
Wait in cold to yearn for that heat above?

I am finely woven in their firm hands
With a strength to keep you replete above.

My design is twisted in matching cloth
With a fiber soft for your teat above.

Though I lay alone in the corner flat
Your light footfalls make me complete above

While I breathe I taste of your fragrant love
And forever long for your seat above.
