WELCOME…
to the magic telephone
where I reach out
my fantasy lives without pain and doubt
if I only had someone to call
then perhaps I’d have it all…
perhaps then a winning smile,
sleek and trim if but for a while…
perhaps a models savoir faire
when I’m a voice in empty air,
and not be what I see
in the mirror when I pee
disappointing as it may be
I’m afraid I’m trapped inside of me.
Oh, let me live in fantasy
on the phone I’ll yet be free
if I only had someone to call
then perhaps I’d have it all.
