Thank you, thank you, for reading and writing so much!

And yes, this really was about drunkeness. I was laughing at myself, because every time I drink too much, as soon as I get up from sitting down, it's a race to the toilet.

Hahaha. My first reading of this was a bit harsh, but looking at it again, I like how you start saying something seemingly emotional ("cradled in your arms / i don't feel so drunk"—this person does you good, gives you clarity) and then, it just turns out to be actual drunkeness. I like it.

I should have known, I guess—after all, when it's not about alcohol, people often feel *more* drunk when cradled in another's arms. ;)
