Maiden, what are you thinking?
Is your longing for an eclectic connection so strong
That you forget? You neglect to consider the notion
That others may not possess your fire, your drive
Your desire to PLUNGE…
Immerse yourself in smoldering depths
That would bring the mightiest of men
To their deaths,
Intense desire illuminated by the phosphorous substance
Of comet streams and nearby planet beams…
Gossamer wings…don’t you see?
“Tis the stuff of fantasy!
And yet, you demand that it has to be.
To take shape, correlate into a plan where
An idea once lay,
And claim it as your own
For just one day!
For a moment permitted to linger
As long as an hour or four…
Or just allow it to feel like more;
To feel so glorious, that you would never wish
It to cease…
And only then will you know some peace.

But while it seems for him the joining
Lasts much too long,
For you, his absence makes strong
the bonds that you share
to forget all cares
and goes beyond the division
the all-seeing, yet unknowing eyes envision.

His luminescence and her heat
Quickly discover and revel in the union
They share in each other.
Qualitative bonding; so enhanced a display,
That at last, he must push her away.
And so this way always stands, true and tried,
That’s why what we see as a painstaking glide,
Is in truth, nothing more than a glorious ride…
And she’ll never leave ‘till she’s satisfied.
