Bring the war, bring it on
I won't back down anymore
Bring the day, burn the way
Walk on ashes of what we longed for

Stumbling through this hell
Now just a bitter shell of a man
Fulfil this plan, break open the dam
Release the blood onto our soldiers

Enemy at the gates
Those we have harmed
Return to take our arms
The enemy at the gate
Fallen ones risen again
Not the start just the end

Light the dark, light the way
I wonder past the signs you placed
Wake the dead, write the play
Acting out day by day until we're replaced

Walking on these burning ashes
Stalking the innocent ones
Now blood and pain clashes

(Chorus)

We see the devil in the mirror
Your true self reflected in blood
A hundred lost souls
You took them for fools
Now take up your tools
Ready your weapons
Take aim and fire

(Enemy at the gates)
There's no one left to call
(Enemy at the gates)
The banging on the walls
(Enemy at the gates)
Until this kingdom just falls
(Enemy at the gates)
Now lay waste to us all

I enjoyed this one. It has Metal written all over it.

It could use some patience and polish, meaning let it sit and wait for better word choices to manifest.
