Don't know how much more I can take,
the weight you put on me isn't mine but I break,
slowly I start my downward slide,
to my knees I fall but I'm not letting go my pride.

So I'm starting to give it back to you,
blunt words, repeated but true.
I know it hurts you to know,
but I refuse to let this further grow.

Leave me be, I can no longer take part,
and I'm sorry, but I don't want your heart.
I'm gone with out ever leaving,
no longer will I be deceaving.

So this is the worse before better,
better it now than never.
I have my own way to go,
but I promise, you'll make it to that show.
