Never felt too proud,
so I took half steps
in the fear I'd lose somebody.

Found only pain, failure, doubt, and shame.
But in the end, lost only
that what I needed to leave behind.

Against the grain,that's me today.
Risking disappointment?
Well yes, but that's living life.

And the life I choose for me
can offer the world what I wish to see.
Follow your bliss,
And bliss follows you.

once he/she is gone mo b

it is time to get on with it, very little evidence of bliss here, evidence of self serving depression and illusion, this is not living life, it is the opposite Mr Dick!
