If you find yourself awakened by a sound,
And you're feelin' kind of sad and forlorn.
It's high time for you to quickly mend your ways,
Cause you just might of heard "Gabriel's Horn!"

If you're on a mountain top and all alone,
And you're wishing somehow you wasn't born.
If you hear a trumpet sound blasting real loud,
You just might be hearing "Gabriel's Horn!"

If you happen to be in the desert land,
Where very few plants you see are adorned,
If you hear some thunder with a peeling ring,
You just may be hearing "Gabriel's Horn!"

If you find yourself in a boat in water,
And the water turns rough from Nature's scorn.
Don't worry if you hear a horn blowing loud,
It's more than likely just "Gabriel's Horn!"

When you're having fun you should take time to think,
And worry about the up coming morn.
You just don't want to be caught with your pants down,
When that peel rings out from "Gabriel's Horn!!"
