Yields nature blue gray
Mossed with foam, shell
And the cedars' singularity
Inches stubborn fingers.
No roadway horn or neon blink
Echo, but gulls and crows
Here where footprints neither
Own the rock nor keep the sand,
My face is lifted to a breeze
Entering the pines, bending me.
is great imagery here. who hasn't said that as of yet...*LOL*. the flow of this really saturates into these eyes......nicely done...don
My Main Home- I got it, and love it. Beautiful acrostic poem, Angeline! Flowed smoothly, and I love the beginning lines.
These 3 lines are excellent:
Mossed with foam, shell
And the cedars' singularity
Entering the pines, bending me.
~Here where footprints neither
Own the rock nor keep the sand,~
That's a wonderful line.
This land remains wild, as it is, long after all traces of us are gone.
Beautiful writing
You need to take vacations more often.
Thank you
