I’m so afraid to say anything
All I do is hurt her
I just want to tell her sorry
but I know it doesn’t matter

That pain that I leave
It’s just like what everyone else does
like what all those guys before have done
I am no different, I am the same

I can’t make her life better
I can’t make her love me
I am just like the others
Riding the wave of my wrong

I just want to hold her
I want to make things okay
She can’t let me, for it’s me
And, I can’t be forgiven, nor allowed

Tomorrow will be new
Tomorrow will be another day
But, I will always be the same
And just like the others, I will be

Dark....

Unforgiving, and drenched in emotion. Suggestion....revisit this, and write something else that outlines how you survived this, and are in fact...moving on.
