white clouds, warm sun
I think it’s gonna rain.
the sea blowing cool
hurling marshmallows
gonna seep over the peaks
like milk in a pan slowly
changing hue to the gray
the backdrop to kill light.

gray skies, cool breeze
I think it’s gonna rain.
that curtain hiding day
is gonna tear like a sack
gush like a red groovy
fall like god crying and
water the world to make
things grow wet and wild

steel wind, black night
I think it’s gonna rain.
obsidian thunderheads
creeping over mountains
like dragons making war
gonna flambe drunk virgins
under trees with a fork tongue
sack villages with frozen ice.
