Not just any stalking, fearless feline
This panther moves full grown across sultry plains
Pausing to scope every inch of managed space
Trimmed with not a single spare ounce of tallow
Coating her supple sculptured frame

Caution filled she stops midst graceful strides,
Stretching as she stares her way
Through the dense thicket of a dusky afternoon.
Checkered smooth brown pelt covers strong sinewy form
Disarming any whose natural caution would warn
Against succumbing to her guiling charm

Chiseled angular features hypnotize
While softened eyes seduce and send
Promises of tender comfort reserved for such as

Magnetized, hapless prey, I stare unabashed,
Shuddering powerless in the space of regal stealthy grace

Yes, I stared. Even when our eyes embraced
While wanton sighs broke from deep within
