nobody told me
that sometimes you fall
through a liquorice dream
losing sight of it all
and your hand on my shoulder
together we blush
in a panic attack
and a cardiac rush

so hush baby slide
into slumber again
I'll listen for you
to the song in your chest
safeguarded graces
to stifle the pain
my hand on your heart
and my ear on your breast

sehr..

This poem was mentioned in the Archival Review thread, in a picking through Lit's archive of over 35,500 poems.

No wonder Liar's such a following;

The ladies hear this and can't keep their panties dry.

upon the sweet, soothing sails of your voice in this melifluous work! Fantastic Job! :)

Ignore the lustful comments from these women

This is about poetry, ladies. About Liar's lovely poem and melt-my-panties (if I wore them) voice. Please do more recordings, and...

call me. :)

Please

sing a lullabye for me too...and another sigh. Your voice is as beautiful as your words.

"sighs" is right

Are you on call to sing lullabies in case of insomnia?

safeguarded graces

to stifle the pain
