You quake as I tremble,
Our bed is disheveled;
Panting and grinning,
Never mind our sinning

Time is precious; never still
We pleased each other of our own free will.
Consequences be damned,
From women to man

Blame Adam, blame Eve,
For lust will leave
You will feel deceived
Though in love I believe

Sins will be forgiven
Our love is at the foment
I will keep on living
If only for this moment.
