When it is day
   and light is warm
I walk through snow
   that means no harm
Do as I can
   to make it Home
And I know that
   I'm not alone.

  She comes to me
    soft in the night
  I hear her breathe
    though she is slight
  My arms reach out
    and hold Her in
  To hold Her fast
    through thick and thin.

When Sun goes down
   the whole week long
I find myself
   waiting for dawn
Though there's some fun
   had on my own
Still I do wish
   that I were Home.

  I think of Her
    and slowly grin
  Her hair, Her eyes
    soft, deep, shining
  Her naked form
    in sweetest pose
  Comes to me each
    time my eyes close.

I smile so wide
   and write my song
So my Lover
   will feel belong
And know that I
   think of Her still
And ne'er forget
   Still come I will.

  My thoughts of you
    my Dear, my Love
  Help get me through
    with push and shove
  It may be hard
    God knows it's long
  But we'll come true
    So please be strong.

Oh, how I love you!
