A silver fox ran across my yard today,
it was a creature, beautiful and wild,
just like him.

A fog graced my vision today,
blinding my sight, but showing me truth,
just like him.

Vines scaled my wall today,
proving that in time, we are all defenceless,
just like him.

Today, I drew his picture and suddenly
I felt buried.. alone and dead..

Just like him.
