You summon strength as you kneel,
Your choice to obey makes you feel,
With pride and honor you shall not quit,
With tingling toes, upon which you set,
You feel a rush as they pass by,
Hoping for attention you have been denied,
You must not look up, and disobey,
Remembering your training, and trying to stay,
You long for their touch, so you may please,
But you already have, upon your knees.
