This new year I'll stop eating,
that's the mantra I'm repeating.
All caloric ties I'll sever,
as I give up food forever..

It seems everything I taste
just ends up round my waist,
so I've decided to combat,
all veggies, carbs and fat..

Never will my mouth partake
of chicken, fish or steak,
that way I'll be much thinner -
no breakfast, lunch or dinner..

Perhaps you don't believe
that's something I'll acheive,
thinking I'm a little screwy,
by avoiding all things chewy..

Don't you think my resolution
is an awefully good solution?
Well, maybe you're quite right,
I'll just start another night!
