As i sat here awaiting your return,
how i did worry, how my heart did yearn,
the fear of never seeing you again,
hoping that you were fine,
how life seems so unfair at times.
Now you are here,
and i lay in your arms,
the moon light reflecting to you my beauty and charms,
how i long to stay here with you forever,
yes for forever and a day in your arms i wish to stay.
Safe with the knowledge that you love me so true,
knowing you will always return to a home made for two,
oh my lord never put me through such pain again,
stay with your lady and make her heart blossom and become aflame.
