Turn out the light.
Blow out the candle.
Lock the door.
And check the handle.

Walk down the lane.
Get in your car.
Lay your head on the wheel.
Know you wont get far.

Don't look in the mirror.
Ignore all the light.
Don't speed away.
Be glad he put up no fight.

Tell the same lies.
Fight back the tears.
Turn the shiney key.
Know you'll get 20 years
