rasa air
mute
dark
hovering sheets
refuse to speak

the silent film
the zoetrope that doesn't
click click click
with each smooth downward movement
with each delicate removal

open mouths leak
silent breath
the well oiled gyroscope
rotates and slips
between
covert, insensible moans

hands over lips
eyes wide,
hair tucked neatly behind
bodies coming together
an explosion in space

inaudible, vast eruption of
blinding distant light.
hushed by the void, taken.
and then the rush,
the intake

consuming everything
without a trace
nestling it all peacefully
on her quiet
rapturous
face.

and we breath in humble grace
knowing a feeling
but never needing
to fill space
