Do not fret

For in time

All will be revealed;

The muse will confess

And blank pages filled...

BAM!!!

I have the distinct feeling that this is one of those ‘Zenish’ self contained poems (would that be the right term?)

which could provide almost endless interpretations. So even if I actually expose myself more than the poem by sharing what I have found so far, I still feel like thanking the writer by doing it.

I actually found it as potentially explosive as only very good poetry could be. But let me back off. Here I was, settling to read some twenty or so lines of a poem, then opening the page where the poem was supposed to be, then not being able to find it, I am getting ready to close the page and try again…Then, having a double take and finding it! Like a road runner who unexpectedly smashed into a wall, I am surveying the three lines to just see what the hec have just happened here. From one ‘read’ it’s the not so subtle protest over absurd limitations or threats on free expression. From another read it’s ‘a call to action’ (by the “paper”) as the projected restless part of a stuck/reluctant/full of excuses writer. It comes with more then little irony and humor to encourage the above mentioned tired/lazy/full of excuses reluctant writer.

p.s.I am actually considering having this micro poem attached to my car bumper!
