you will not break the
Spirit of God personified
which you refuse to recognize
I will stay here
I will not fear
your useless threats
nor anxious frets
I have a Cause
And you can't shatter that clause
so you burn me
but you can't find the Key
that locks my heart
which you don't get to Stop and Start
I don't hang on your words
cause I'm free as the birds
I'm Riotous Anarchy
in your Corrupt Monarchy
I'll show you the way
I will make you pay
in Words and Feelings
your will is peeling
Win or Lose it matters not
Because I know that I have Fought
I've opposed your Tyranny
and I shatter your Security
So kill me if you can
I'll take it like a man
But the word is out
and now they Doubt
your power's fading
your light is waning

Corpse_rideralmost 13 years agoQuite a dark and disburbing piece of poetry, full of latent aggression. I liked it a lot. Strong opening and closing lines.
