into my arms
and float your thoughts around me.
I am here,
I care,

with a messy head
full of thoughts of someone else.
Abounding in my heart
is tenderness, love
and forgiveness.
We have slept together.

in our heads
in our beds

LeBrozabout 17 years agoGood one here ~ the question is, who's cheating with whom? Is it imagined or is it real? Is this a couple married to each other dreaming of the possibilities or a couple cheating on their spouses, denying what they've done? The possibilities are tantalizing, inviting an enjoyable reread.
