So this is Christmas you’re so far away,
Why cant I just hold you in my arms today,
But we’re not able to kiss each others lips,
Or watch soft laughter as hot chocolate we sip,
But just remember my darling you know,
Across many miles I love you so,
God why cant Santa take me there by sleigh,
And I would be there in your arms bright and early,
Christmas Day.
