Into the night she lingers
visions raging through the dark
time nor season will not take her
upon his soul , her mark
the night is left for maddening
the flesh is eaten with desire
to drink of her , is to love her

.. the making of soulfire ..

so hot this pit of hell, as one is slowly consumed into the
everlasting ashes not to done, but none the same
a tiresome flame .. of afterburn

where your torch has pierced my delicate flesh
of trading secrets and confessions
least I lie here bleeding upon your silken mass
of inner destruction
forgive me , for I bled upon your pillar
of sunken dreams and screams

still searching your ears
for the hushing of my voice
could I offer you but a cup of redemption
a serving of salvation to quench your soul
pleadings of faith , savings of grace
I scraped so deep inside for you
a little shelter from the cold
once bleeding , left unbeating
inside a stillness only few could understand
could I offer you my hand
of worn flesh and weakend bone
as your whispered love enthrones
so deep inside my soul

should the cradle grow tierd of the moon bleeding
beyond shadows light and hope believing
into the empty arms of what will never be
what will never be , me

I will remain the flame , everlasting ashes
fire within that never passes
faceless traces of your dream spent slumbers
silence stolen in ageless wonders
unforseen the temptest who holds such desire

burning everlasting .. into your soul of fire
