Standing in the darkness
Hiding from the light
I wait to see you standing
To see you means delight
I miss your passionate kisses
To feel your soft caresses
To feel you in my arms at night
The loneliness and the pain
The love you had for me is now gone
I wish for you to see me
Looking so forlorn
But you would think that funny
You have won I have lost
My body is now an empty shell
Sealed tight so that I may never
Love again
