The Dancer

Hips sway a pendulous beat,
Large and round a delicious derriaire swings,
Her arms above her head,
Her thighs and stomach oppose.

This beauty, this wonderous sight,
Mesmerizied, are the eyes that watch,
Appreciating, drinking in the beat,
Her lover watches as she dances.

Her large frame, lithe and loose,
Curves, normally hidden, suddenly come to life,
Her secret love, her passion, her joy,
All come to the surface as she moves to the tempo.

Rythmn, beat, her hips rotate,
His eyes follow, she moves around the room,
Standing in front of him, this naked Juno,
His beautiful, wonderful, larger than life woman.

He stands, to join her dance,
Movements matched, they become one,
Arms entwined, he kisses her skin,
The lovers lost, in time, in music, in each other.
