The Interruption...

byRedHairedandFriendly©

Making love by candlelight,
their bodies were a tender sight.
They moved very slow,
and kept their noises very low.

A moan here and another there.
She giggled and she said stay here.
He rolled his eyes as she moved away.
Then chuckled low when he heard her say.

"I'm fine, my child, now go back to bed,
and rest that lovely, weary head."
"Your sure?" the little cherub asked,
"I'll fight the demons of your past."

She opened up the door a crack,
and a Knight in Shining armor stood for attack.
The smile rested on her cheeks
and she tried not to squeak.

"I'm sure my little tiny one,
I'm sure, I'll not be undone.
Now go and rest my tiny child."
Then she watched him all the while.

He only paused and did hesitate,
before heading back to a Knightly fate.
She shut the door and locked it tight
then continued on her Queenly flight.
